Backfoot recieving

Blue plays to red, who recieves backfoot and plays to white. This carries on until Yellow, who plays a reverse pass into black, who receives backfoot and plays to blue to restart.

If the coach shouts opposite, then they switch direction, meaning blue would play to black and so on.

COACHING POINTS

Movement off of the cone is key. Pretend this is the defender, move off, recieve backfoot to touch into space and play
Think about the control. Don't touch it too hard as it will run away and make sure you open up.
Think about the power of the pass. Get the weight riht so the player can touch into space and play automatically.
