Defending and Attacking Corners.
Same number of defenders and attackers, with defenders positioned inside the box , all the attackers are positioned outside the box in between two comes.The Corner taker crosses the ball in , The attackers can not make their run until the ball has been crossed.They must then try to head the ball in to the goal while the defenders defend the goal.
This encourages Attackers to make runs into the box and not stand on the 6 Yard Line waiting for the ball to come to them.
Defenders must be aware of who they are picking up when the attackers statrs their runs.
Switching sides occasionally so cornes are being taken from the left and right sides of the pitch.
