The red players start by passing the ball outside of the flag to the blue who starts at the opposite flag. The blue player has to run around the flag and receive the pass from the red player. Once blue receives the pass they trap the ball and pass it back to the red who receives and passes the ball to the other flag.
The distance from flag to flag is 15 yards. Red player doesn't pass the ball untii the blue player is half way to the flag.
