3 teams of 4-5 players. Team in middle zone (Green) sends in two players to attempt to gain possession of the ball. Other two players remain in middle zone in order to deny the cross. Attacking team (Blue) looks to complete five passes then switch the ball to the other attacking team (Red). If defending team (Green) wins possession of the ball, then they look to play other attacking team (Red) then switch zones with the team they won the ball from (Blue).
Defending teams wins possession and plays to other side to simulate playing away from pressure.
Attacking team completes set number of passes before switching to simulate changing the point of attack after drawing in defenders.
