Field size :- 15 yrds radius
PROCEDURE :- 14 players divided into 2 teams of 7 players. Blue team stands out of the circle on the spots marked with markers/cones. Red team players having ball with each and start ball feeling with forehead. Blue team keep themselves active moving around their spots.Red team do different movement with the ball touching forehead according to coach's instruction.After certain time blue team comes in the circle and does the same and red team goes out of the circle to the spots.After this one team will serve the ball to the other team from the spots for heading.The attacker will head back the ball to the server and runs to another server to head the ball.Same rotates with other after a certain period of time according to coach.This warm up session also includes dynamic stretching,strength training,fun games.Each team will work the different activities about 35 to 45 seconds and rotate with the other team.Coach will monitor work-rest ration for both the teams.
