Player with ball runs around first blue marker to red marker, then kicks across to second blue marker. Player without ball runs around first blue marker to second blue marker in time to receive pass, then continues to red marker and passes back to first player. First player then dribbles ball to end.
This drill is to get players to run wider of each other to prevent crowding of the ball when in possession.
Two players to be stationed at opposite end to repeat drill back to starting position, encouraging players to kick with alternate feet. This drill will be set up twice, with 8 players at each to minimize down time between attempts.
Players at each station will be deemed a team and encouraged to complete the drill faster, and with more accuracy, than the other team, to add excitement for participants.
