The coach starts the game by passing the ball inside. The team who have the possession try to score by meeting with the ball in the range of the outside zones. If they do, they gain 1 point. Then they try to reach to the other end-zone. Or the coach sends a ball to the other team and they try to do a touchdown to the other outside zone.
You can't wait in the touchdown areas.(like the offside rule)
You can't defend in touchdown areas
If the ball goes out of the outside zone range, the coach sends another ball to the other team.
Progression: Max 2 touches
Attacking: Create space, exploit space
Defending: Find your man, close the passing channels, close down the opponenet
