DESCRIPTION

2 sets of goals, 2 GK's
3 sets of teams (5 players per team)
2 teams on the pitch attacking/defending
3rd team are spread outside the pitch waiting to come in
If one of the teams on the pitch score they must then receive the ball of the GK and attack the opposite goal whilst team on the outside run in and try and stop the attack then attack themselves.

COACHING POINTS

Looking for a quick transition of attack to defend and defend to attack.
Good communication.
Attacking at speed.
GK distrubution to keep momentum going.
