Cool down (10 mins)

DESCRIPTION

The cool down is a game I like to cool Pana Stretching, this is as simple as it sounds, a group of six will be statically stretching for 5 mins whilst the others dribble around, trying skills and putting the ball through peoples legs, then I will shout switch and the teams swap. this is good as it lowers the heart rate and stretches out the muscles so the don't get damaged or injured, is also will decrease any lactic acid and slowly warm down the body, causing no aching in the following days.
