Set up an area approximately 50x40yrd with a channel in the middle and 2 areas on either side. Two even teams are located in the two areas with one player in the middle channel as the defender.
The game starts with the ball with one team. They should pass the ball about (no more than 5 passes) to create space to pass to the team on the opposite side avoiding the centre defender. Players should look to use the entire space and moce the ball quickly to create the passing opportunity.
This can be developed by adding an additional defender in the channel or adding a defender in the end zones.
