Little conditioning drill focusing on a wingback type player skills
Not full team practice but for a few players. 1-6 girls rotating
2 can be doing the conditioning part. I stagger them by once a girl releases after the shadowing part the next girl in line goes
Each player does it 3-5 times and rotate or small break
Push your player to give 100%. Keep them working hard to the last ball
Explaining why each thing is in the drill may be necessary to show why its useful for younger kids. (on ball dribbling, dribbling with pace, cuts, passing, shadowing, overlap, and crossing)
