-Create a grid about 35X35.
-Create a triangle in the middle of the grid (about 5 yards each side) with agility poles to serve as a goal.
-Goalkeeper stays inside triangle
-Split the group into two even teams of 3v3 or 4v4
- One team will defend and try and win possession, while the other team attacks the three sided goal.
During the first practice one player from each team can move anywhere outside the area to be used as bounce players.
If possession is won by the defending team they must pass the ball to one of the bounce players at least once and try and stop the ball on the opposite side of the area.
If the attacking team scores the play restarts. and bounce players swap
Progressing it further,
the attacking team must be able to score from all three sides of the triangle to be able to win. attackers and defenders swap if they are unable to do so.
