Objective is to stay on the ball for as long as possible.
Players position themselves evenly around the 10X10M box and inside the box there is a 1V1 being played.
The game starts by a player on the outside passing the ball to the attacker in the box. The attacker protects the ball from the defender in the box, moving around with the ball if possible. Once the player feels uncomfortable he plays the ball back to a player on the outside of the box. This player then takes over as the attacker and another player from the outside will swap with the defender. If the Defender wins possession from the attacker he then becomes the attacker.
Time how long each player is able to hold onto the ball.
