OPPOSED PRACTICE - 40 MINS
Coach plays ball into blue team who look to play quick passes side to side and into wide players locked in wide zone. Once 5 passes have been played blue wide player can take on red player and cross for attacking players. Progress to central blue players following there pass into wide zone and overlapping or underlapping and creating a chance to cross for strikers
Red team look to win ball back and play into coach in target zone. Rotate players into different roles
