Objective:- To improve team ability to stop/prevents opponents from creating a goal scoring chances.
Coach Focus:- Defending team
Coach Points:- Pressing, blocking, intercepting passes, deny time and space. work together.
Rules:- The game become live when the second player touch the ball. Three defenders come out to win the ball by creating 3 vs 5 situation.
The attacking team minimum four passes b/n them before transition. For successful transition the three defenders in the middle go out to transition side to win the ball.
Rotate the team event 1.5 mins
