Set up an area approximately 40x40yds with the groups set out 2 players per cone. Add more cones for more players or more players to a cone. Ensure cones are spaced out evenly.
One player from each team runs at any one time. The player running must run around the full areas (outside of cones) trying to catch the team ahead of them. Once they get back to the cone they tag their team mate and they then continue the chase. Depending on the fitness levels of the payers will depend on how many circuits are completed in one go i.e. 2, 4, 6 etc.
