The Striker (S) starts alongside cone #2 with his back to goal
3 players are lined up outside the penalty area with a ball in different position (player A must be on the touchline)
The Striker has to run around the cones in order then back towards the penalty area
He must get a shot in from outside the area.
Once he has had is shot he other players (A,B & C) eash serve him a ball which he has to shoot first time from anywhere
Need close control when dribbling the ball
Use laces to shoot and get knee over the ball
Passes into player need to be accurate
Striker needs to adjust body to receive the pass
