Set up cones in 2 squares roughly 10x30 (squares 10x15 each). 5 players per area one of which acts as a goalie in the middle between the white cones. 2 players in each square, one player on side and the other at end who will be shooting. The player on the side rolls the ball in for the player at the end to run onto for a shot, change after each shot. The players on the other side can collect the ball if it goes past the keeper. They then take a shot of their own and the other team retrieves.
Change the way the ball comes at the player for a shot i.e. across the body, near side, inside and outside of foot shots, volleys etc.
