Set-up channels approximately 10yrd between cones in the channel and 5yrds at the end. A player occupies the space between each cone in the middle and every other space at teh ends to enable the ball to flow through the channels. The ball starts with the blue player who passes to the first red players. They control the ball, opening their body and pass to the next red players. Once players make their pass they take the place of the player they passed to. At the ends the player will contol the ball to the side entering the vacant end space. they will then pass to the next red player. The last red player receives the ball and dribbles back to the start to join the back of the queue.
