Pitch approximately 30x45 split into 3 zones. The team in possssion are looking to progress through the zones to score. Zone 1 is effectively 3v1, zone 2 is 3v2 and the final zone is 3v2 (excluding the keeper). When the ball is played into the next zone only one player can progress with the ball except into the last zone where 2 players can go to create a 3v2. Defenders can't move between zones. Once the play breaks down start again with the opposite team attacking.
