How to operate:
- Have about 30 meters from the goals to the yellow cones
- Have about 15 meters from one red cone side to the other
- Have an equal amount of defenders and attackers
Description:
- The drill will begin once the player with the ball enters the playing zone
- Once they do this the defender will run up to them from behind the goalkeeper and try to stop the player with the ball from scoring
- If the player with the ball loses it or scores then they go and get there ball and go to the back of the line.
- The defender switches with the next defender.
