DESCRIPTION

Uitleg:
- half U11 veld
- 4 ploegen van 2 spelers
- 2 doelmannen (elke nieuwe wedstrijd andere doelman)
- team die naar het grote doel speelt krijgt de bal, 1 speler staat midden in het veld, 1 speler tussen de 2 doeltjes
- de doelman staat in het doel
- de verdedigers starten buiten het veld (1 naast het grote doel, 1 achter de speler die inspeelt), ze komen het veld in zodra de pas gegeven wordt
- gewone spelregels
- bal buiten of na doelpunt nieuwe wedstrijd

Doorschuifsysteem:
- aanvallers gaan rusten, verdedigers worden aanvallers, rustploeg wordt verdediging
