This is a free play session set up with two goals for each team (Blue Team vs. Green Team).
A yellow person will always play offense to create a 3 v 2 situation. The goal of the yellow player is to check into the space in the middle of the field to receive the ball as a target player. This movement is desinged to collapse the defense and draw them out of their defensive positioning.
Everytime the ball changes possession of the teams the yellow player must run to the opposite end line and check back in the middle.
The two attackers can choose to play 2 v 2 or slow up play and wait for the third attacker to check in.
