Players line up outside box in pairs, with Goalkeeper in goals, a winger (either Right or Left side) ando one centre mid
CM passes to winger , who crosses into box.
2 pairs of players run into box and compete for the ball to score.
Winning pair stay on to complete again, other 2 players go to back of line.
After a few rounds, 2 Players swap with CM and winger to give them a turn also.
Play at game speed.
Winger to recieve ball on outside foot and controlled touch into space, run on and deliver a solid cross into box.
2 vs 2 tight & competitive in the box, team that scores stays on
Keeper to challenge the ball when required.
