DESCRIPTION

- Rood start in het veld en houdt de bal zo lang mogelijk bij.
- Groen start naast het veld en voert na het startsignaal de gegeven opdracht uit.
- Zodra een groene speler zijn opdracht heeft uitgevoerd komt hij in het veld en probeert de bal te veroveren.
- Zodra groen de bal heeft spelen ze op balbezit (max 3 contacten), na het geven van een pas gaat de groene speler uit het veld opwarmingsoefening en duwt zijn kegel neer / zet zijn kegel recht.
- Slaagt rood erin de bal weer af te nemen, dan proberen ze de bal voorbij de rode kegels te trappen.
