The red team plays keep away against one blue player and tries to pass the ball to the green team. The other 2 blue players stay in the middle grid, and try to close the ways of an intended pass.
If the switch is siccessful , green team plays keep away against different blue player and tries to switch the field.
If the switch is unsuccessful, the team who failed , goes in the middle grid and the drill continues.
Variation:
Team in posession has to make certain amount of passes.
