the 3 white players have to switch the ball to the blue players. one red player is allowed in the box to put the whites under pressure , once the ball is switched to the blue players and back to the whites, 2 defenders can go and put them under pressure, if the ball is then switched again from blues to whites all 3 reds can close the balll down, if the ball is intercepted the team who lost it will swap and be the defenders for example if the reds won the ball in the blue box blues would become the defenders.
