This passing drill includes 6 mannequins in a rectangle shape. players doubling up on each mannequin.
Balls start on either corner. A pass is played across first then follow your pass to the next mannequin. The player receiving the ball must check off first to either side, taking their first touch around the mannequin with back foot in order to face forward and play the ball to the next player with second touch.
2 balls will be going at once, to keep the drill flowing with some intensity and pressure.
The aim is to keep the flow of the ball going and to hit the target. Ball speed must be high, passing accurate, half turns to face forward.
This will improve players with having the confidence facing forward with first touch, and then playing the ball quickly to a player in space.
