Players dribble ball across the play area.
Players then carry out an action based on the command from the coach.
Green Light - Dribble ball forward
Red Light - stop the ball as quickly as possible
Traffic Cop - do a "Drag Back" and run back to start as quick as possible.

Heads up: Use coloured cones (Green - Go, Red - Stop, any colour - Traffic Cop)
