Two teams play into the 2 parts of the pitch. 6v6 (5v5).
Start the game from the defense. Four players cannot cross the middle line. They attempt to passes the ball to the two attackers whos placed backward the defense line.
The team can score by through two attackers, who can play by one touch.
- Reading and assessment the situation on the pitch.
- In attack, shape 1-3-2. In defense 4-2 (or 3-1 v 4-0. Attacker is coming into defensive line if they have no ball)
- Four defenders have to play fast passings.
- Two attackers have to move to create pass canal.
- Defenders must move in a compact form and move quickly, like a ball. Do not let the pass the gaps between the defenders.
