Player with ball each.
First player runs with ball, and as soon as they get at least in line with cone, they can shoot on opposite goal.
As soon as the ball leave their foot, the opposite line first players does the same. The previoius shooter now has to chase and recover to pressure the new shooter.
The process keeps repeating and goes in a circuit.
The practice should be fast paced
This game shouldn't really turn into a 1vs1 - but just a recovering DF putting the shooter under pressure from behind by chasing them.
