GK's will be in groups of 4, with 1 GK working with 3 servers.
Firstly, the GK will start centrally within his goal. He will work his way to the left side where he will receive a volley into his hands. Recover back to the centre of his goal, touch the cone in front of him, again recover back to his goal to receive a volley from the middle server.
Finally, the GK will go to the right side in which again he will receive a volley. Back to the middle for a volley and finish.
Then the servers and GK will rotate clockwise.
Work for 10-15 minutes. Concentrating on Set-Position and handling techniques.
