• Midfielder A passes to Forward B
• B returns pass then makes lateral run
• A plays thru ball to attacking B
• B finishes with shot then returns to EITHER outside cone for a 2nd ball
• C opposite chosen cone plays 2nd ball for B to finish
• A becomes B, rotate Cs as needed
• A must attack back line to distract from B's run
• B must remain onside and demand thru ball from A
• Looping runs will help with far post finishes from C by keeping the whole goal in view
• Clear communication
