- Teams in outside grid try to connect with each other for 1pt for each connection. Must complete 5 passes first
- Central team is trying to prevent the forward pass, intercept and play the coach for 1pt
- Central team can send 1 player into a grid to press the ball
- All passes on the ground

- Defending unit must be compact
- Nearest player presses, team mates slide/follow play to screen/block forward passing channels
- Communicate to maintain pressure by switching the presser and organizing the screening players
