Similar to the defenders game, 4 areas the ball can be played in from. The attackers have to react to where the ball will be crossed from, and time/direct their runs accordingly. However the main difference will be that after each attack the play will be refocused with movement to the edge of the box and the a movement back into the box. Have the option of playing each other or finishing straight away from the cross.
The forwards will be played up against defenders who will go 2v2 to defend/score from crosses. Wide players will be the ones crossing at this point, and it will be done on the move as it is in their individual work.
