Once set up as shown; the player on the white cone will throw/roll the ball into the player in the red square. That player will then control it the best they can in that red square.
They switch and repeat.
Use the inside of their foot to control the ball and pass it.
If they are of a lower ability they may want to stop the ball with their hands and then progress to stopping it with the bottom of their foot.
Keep it controlled and steady.
