  • Mark pitch area with cones
  • Goal one end
  • Defenders vs Attackers

Instructions

  1. Defenders and Attackers take in turns to keep possession and get a shot at goal

Instructions (Defenders)

  1. Goalkeeper starts with ball, simulating goal kick.  
  2. Pass to wide defending players
  3. Aim for defenders to get to halfway without losing ball
  4. Defender without ball must move to support

Instructions (Attackers)

  1. Attackers start at half way, simulating kick off.  
  2. Aim for attackers to get a shot at goal
  3. Attackers must look to pass and move to help create space
