Players will be set up with an overload in their defending zone. No corners or throws, play always comes in from the GK's. The defenders look to play out into their midfield, who can then look to receive, combine and play forward into their attacking players to score. When a player has played forwards into a new zone, either they or someone else from their area can move forward to create an overload and join in.
