DESCRIPTION

  • 2 sets of colours, one set by the goals with footballs, others on sides
  • Player with ball by goal picks a partner on the side players to pass to
  • Ball played back and now attack begins
  • Player on opposite side now becomes the single defender and has to take 2

Coaching:

  • Defender has to get across quickly
  • Keep both in view
  • Delay if possible, but will eventually have to commit to tackle
  • Keepers track ball and on toes ready for shot
