This drill is basically soccer tennis with 4 courts approximately 3m x 6m. The amount of courts depends on how many players you have. The net is placed approximately waist height.
1. Normal tennis rules apply but using all your soccer skills.
2. The game starts with one team serving a drop kick from behind the base line, the serve MUST bounce inside the your opponents court where your oppnent will return your serve. (game on)
3. Each game lasts for 2 minutes and ends when the coach blows his whistle. The winner from each court then moves onto the next court (clockwise), the loser moves back to the previous court (anti-clockwise).
4. In the event of a drawn game the team winner the last point on the whistle is the winner, play continues after the whistle until one team wins the point.
5. Maximum of 3 touches per side and no one player can have all 3 touches.
6. Only one bounce is allowed per side.
7. No player is allowed to touch the net and any infringement of this law will result in a lose of point.
The objet of the drill is to work your team to the top court (Champions league) or maintain the top court to be the best team. The coach will decide how long to run this drill.

2. Ability to attack and defend you area.
3. Variety of ball skills utilising both feet and head etc.

1. Add or delete the amount of touches per side.
2. Increase or decrease the time for the game.
3. Adjust the court size for the age group or skill level.
