This drill helps play the way we face, establish body position, and create combination play to move the ball the direction we want.
The playing area should be about 10x10-15x15 (Depending on age range)
The goal is to score by playing a pass into the outside players feet. In order for them to count as a goal, you must establish a side to attack by passing back to the opposite side. Once you score, you go the opposite way and try to score as many points as you can in a row.
When the other team wins the ball, they must repeat that process.
The outside players can move along their side, but cannot enter the playing area. They have a max. 3 touch limit.
Inside players can challenge the outside players if they desire.
For improved speed: play the way you face, max two touch.
Focus on quick touches, positioning the body to receive the ball and protect it, and crisp passes and traps
