Create two teams of 4 or more players. One team in the box one team outside the box. All players with a ball. Place 4 posts in the corners of the field as shown in the image.
PROGRESSION
Assign couples. Players inside the box (Blues) dribble while maintaining head up to be aware of the opponents move. Players outside the box (Reds) dribble around the box using ball mastery moves (shuffles, toe taps). On the coaches call the reds leave their balls, run to find their opponent and try to steal their ball. As soon as they steal the ball they try to score on one off the four goals. Blues aim is first to shield their ball and if they lose their ball try to regain possesion. Time for each attack 30 seconds.
PROGRESSION
Same sequence but now do not assign couples. On the coaches call reds are allowed to steal the ball from any of the blue players.
