- Everybody has a pair which they then number themselves 1 and 2
- Number 1's make a big circle and have a ball each
-Number 2's go inside the circle with no ball.
-Number 2's will then run around within the circle asking different people for the ball which they will head back into their hands.
- After 4 minutes 1's and 2's switch over.
(This can be done with heading, passing, volleying and control.)

- Good feed from the players on the outside
- Accurate head back into their partners hands
