- Coach or partner starts with the ball (If done individually pass the ball through the center of square so it rebounds off wall back through the center)
- Take first touch outside box to left or right of square
- Take second touch towards farthest cone (ball should almost touch wall, but 3rd touch should be around cone)
- Dribble back through the center and reset
- Be sure first touch is solid and ball moves completely outside the square
