PROGRESSION 1
The aim of this drill is for all players to enter all 4 squares without losing their ball. For them to be able to enter another box they first have to enter the circle in the middle of the pitch change direction and run towards a different square. The first player to enter all 4 squares is the winner!!
PROGRESSION 2
Same sequence but now aadd 3 defenders in the box. Defenders re not allowed to enter the white squares nor the red circle in the middle of the pitch. Players need t run pass the defenders and follow the previous sequence. Attackers are allowed to run back to their square for safety. If caught they have to run back to their latest square. Change defenders after a while
