Progression: Pnce player 1 has passed the ball to player 2, they must immediately run down the outside of their line and reposition themselves to continue the zig zag formation and receive a pass from the last person in the line. This continues for each player until all players and the ball is past the cone line.
Progression 2: Both teams start on the coaches whistle, they them follow the sequence to try and be the first team with all their players and the ball past the cone line.
