PROGRESSION
Red player speeds up to pass the yellow line of flat cones that designate the shooting area and take a shot towards the goal.
As soon as the red player passes the yellow line of cones the blue player has to speed up and run to take a shot passed the yellow line.
On the same time the red player has to switch from attacking to defending situation and prevent the blue player from taking the shot.
