Red cones represent poles, blue cones in the goal is the footwork. Blue cone a couple steps back is the starting point.
Aim: Increase the keepers co-ordination with small but sharp and complete the drill with correct technique.
First set.
Sprint to blue cones - Fast feet (then you say "yes or go" and throw the ball up for them to catch) Once ball is caught next keeper goals (Make it flowing) x 4 reps
Second set.
Sprint to the cones - Figure eight then a volley, once volley is caught next keeper goes. x 6 reps
Third set (Double saves)
Spring to the cones, Figure eight and scoop. * Scoop to their right then back into the figure 8 and complete a scoop to their left. Once second ball is caught next one goes x 4.
Drink Break.
Fourth Set:Bring everything together
1st rep figure 8 volley x2 then swap
2nd rep figure 8 then scoop x 2
3rd rep figure 8 diving to their left, figure 8 then dive to their right
4th set fast feet jumping for high ball.
