Create a large grid, with a middle channel. Inside this middle channel, there should be 3 cones with 3 balls on top.
Split teams into 3, 3 players should enter the middle channel, these will be the defenders (rotating). 4 players should go in 1 half, and 3 in the other.
The 3 players in the middle channel will be screening the ball, whilst the other presses to try win the ball in play.
The ball starts in the half with 4 players, a defender needs to come out and press. When 4 passes are completed, the ball needs to be switched to the other half, and a player to follow. A new defender from the middle channel needs to come in and press.
At any time, balls in the middle channel can be knocked off.
