SETUP:
- Players in pairs, one ball per pair
- Serving Player on line 10-15yds opposite partner (receiver)
- Receiving player runs to line 5yds behind them (can vary forwards, sideways, backwards) and returns to their starting line
- Serving player times a pass to reach receiver as they return
- Receiving player controls and returns the pass. Can vary 2-touch, 1-touch, right foot only, left only etc.
- Continue for 1min then swtich roles
